Sarvatra Intelligence Technologies ("Sarvatra", "Netra", "we", "our", "us") operates the Sarvatra and Netra intelligence platforms. Our registered address is available upon written request. For privacy-related enquiries, contact: privacy@sarvatra.ai
Account Data: Name, work email address, password (hashed via bcrypt), company name, role, and team size — collected when you register.
Usage Data: Prompts you submit to Sarvatra (anonymised after 30 days unless you have session history enabled), search monitors you create in Netra, pages visited, feature interactions, and session duration.
API Keys: If you provide third-party API keys (Anthropic, OpenAI, etc.), these are stored in your browser session only — never on our servers. We transmit them directly to the respective provider on your behalf per your instruction.
Billing Data: Handled entirely by our payment processor (Stripe). We store only your subscription tier, billing cycle, and payment status — never raw card data.
Communication Data: Email address and preferences for digest emails and product communications.
Technical Data: IP address, browser type, device type, and cookies as described in our Cookie Policy.
We do not use your prompt content or search monitors to train AI models. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
For users in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, our legal bases are: (a) contract performance — to deliver services you subscribe to; (b) legitimate interests — platform security, fraud prevention, and aggregated analytics; (c) consent — marketing emails and non-essential cookies; (d) legal obligation — compliance with applicable law.
We share data only with: (a) AI model providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, etc.) to execute prompts you submit — governed by their respective privacy policies; (b) Stripe for payment processing; (c) Resend for email delivery; (d) NewsData.io, Polygon.io, and Trading Economics for data source access on your behalf; (e) cloud infrastructure providers (AWS/GCP/Azure) for hosting; (f) law enforcement or regulators when required by law.
Account data is retained for the duration of your subscription plus 90 days. Session history and prompt data: 30 days for Explore plans, 1 year for Analyst, unlimited for Studio/Enterprise (subject to your storage settings). You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings → Account → Delete Account.
Under GDPR and India's DPDP Act 2023, you have the right to: access your data, correct inaccurate data, delete your data, restrict processing, data portability, and withdraw consent at any time. Submit requests to privacy@sarvatra.ai — we respond within 30 days.

We implement TLS encryption in transit, AES-256 encryption at rest, SOC 2 Type II controls, RBAC access management, and regular penetration testing. API keys you provide are never written to our servers or logs.
Data may be processed in India, the EU, and the US. Cross-border transfers are covered by Standard Contractual Clauses (EU SCCs) and India's DPDP Act transfer provisions.
Our platforms are not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
Material changes will be notified by email to registered users 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

By accessing or using Sarvatra or Netra ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are accepting on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract. The Services are intended for business and professional use. Consumer protection laws may apply in certain jurisdictions.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at security@sarvatra.ai if you suspect unauthorised access. You may not share account credentials or transfer accounts without our written consent.
Plans are billed in advance on a monthly, 6-monthly, or annual basis as selected. Free trials run for 14 days; no credit card is required to start a trial. After the trial, you must provide payment details to continue. Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST, VAT). We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
Upgrades take effect immediately and are pro-rated. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. Annual plans may be upgraded at any time; early downgrade or cancellation results in pro-rated refund for unused complete months at our discretion.
You agree not to: (a) use the Services for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the platform; (c) use the Services to build a competing product; (d) resell or sublicense access without our written consent; (e) submit prompts or search queries that violate applicable law or third-party rights; (f) circumvent usage limits or access controls; (g) use automated tools to scrape or bulk-export data beyond permitted API access.
You retain ownership of all prompts, search monitors, and data you submit to the Services. You grant us a limited licence to process this content solely to deliver the Services. We do not use your content to train AI models. You represent that your use of the Services and any content you submit complies with applicable law.
Sarvatra integrates with third-party AI models (Anthropic, OpenAI, Meta, xAI, Microsoft, Google). Your use of live AI models via your own API keys is governed by each provider's terms of service and acceptable use policies. We are not responsible for the output of third-party AI models. Simulated model responses are generated by us and do not represent actual outputs from the named providers.
Netra aggregates data from licensed third-party sources. You may use this data for internal research and business intelligence purposes only. You may not republish, resell, or redistribute raw data from Netra to third parties. Data from Bloomberg B-PIPE, WSJ, FT, and other premium sources is subject to their respective redistribution restrictions.
The Sarvatra and Netra platforms, including all software, design, NLP analytics engine, and brand assets, are owned by Sarvatra Intelligence Technologies and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of any platform IP.
Each party agrees to keep the other party's Confidential Information strictly confidential and not to disclose it to third parties without prior written consent, except as required by law. "Confidential Information" means non-public information disclosed in connection with these Terms that is identified as confidential or should reasonably be understood to be confidential.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT AI-GENERATED CONTENT WILL BE ACCURATE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SARVATRA INTELLIGENCE TECHNOLOGIES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE FEES PAID BY YOU IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sarvatra Intelligence Technologies and its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, liabilities, damages, and costs arising from: (a) your use of the Services; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights.
Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. You may cancel your subscription from Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription. We may suspend or terminate your access with immediate effect if you breach these Terms or if continued access poses a security or legal risk. Upon termination, your access to the Services ceases and we may delete your data after a 90-day retention period.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved by good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996 of India, with the seat of arbitration in New Delhi. Class action waivers apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
